Fuck turtol, your training age is too old to be asking these questions. If you want to improve a lift do more of it. Break the movement down and work on different parts. Change tempo, sets, reps, etc.
Also cut out smoking/drinking. Do better with your nutrition. You literally stated multiple things that decrease progress. Fix that before you worry about the logistics of programming.
