As stated by many people, they're different shows, both with two parts, usually resulting in a dramatic change at the halfway mark that changes everything and 25 episodes total. UBW follows the events of Zero 10 years after the conclusion of the Holy Grail war.

But then you just said it's an 1 hour and 30 minutes movie, when it's not, it's a series.... Yes, just like Zero there's an incredibly shortened version with everything cut to shit in the form of a movie, but there are two different shows, one for Zero and one for UBW.

i watched only the first one. It was amazing

2nd one recently came out on blue ray

3rd one in 2020 i think? blue ray in probably 2022 LUL

can only watch if buy the movies?
