Question about INfinity (-85% fr) + ravenlore (-20% fire resist) and phenix shield (-28%)…

Whit all those 3...do i cap a fire resist of all ennemies ?

-fire res won’t break immunity, it will only come into effect after immunity is broken by infinity, or if the enemy was not immune to begin with. Infinity will not break all or even most fi in Hell. So to play a fire Druid and not want to rip your own face off, you’ll need a way to deal with fi.
If you want to use oak sage then volcano+moulten boulder+merc can do the trick. You can also get by with summon grizzly + merc, but you’ll want to max both HoW and grizzly in that case.
