Blizzard stopped replying to my web tickets, and the live support function doesnt work on my browser....................

Is the game really dead, or did I just harass blizzard so they disabled me or something.

Going to try webticket today, hopefully it works, don't have my key with me unfortunately......Got a chemistry exam next week Saturday though (part time elective)........
