It becomes 20 or 40 cp but still is level 1.

If I trade a 10 Cp itll stay 10 since it is level 1?

It will stay within the level 1 CP range.

Does a bigger inventory space mean more pokeballs from stops? Or how can I get more? My gf and i will walk the same stops but she always has more balls than me at the end of the day. I usually use less on pokemon catching as well.

rewards of pokestop are random nothing can enhance or decrease what u get from it

but apparently if u spin a team rocket stops u get less items from my end i didnt see much of a difference

Bigger backpack means you can hold more items and Pokemon. I always have around 1,000 to 1,300 Pokeballs (all types). 2,000 items is the max.
