Im looking to build a standard char with a legacy Aegis Aurora that someone gave me

Probably something that isn't too uncomplicated since I'm a little new. Is aegis cyclone a thing or will I not have enough chance to hit people?

I found a site that listed current builds but the only aegis build I found was a very complicated looking cast on crit spider duelist
