There should be some kind of slack for you to pull it down. Make sure it’s unbolted or in screwed from the underside of the dash
Then there should be these loom holders that kinda take prying a screwdriver to unhook them from its self

Without knowing make and model/year I couldn’t tell you if it’s built into the lower part of the dash which might require its removal to service the pins/pigtails

it's an astra 2005 ts. box is clipped in by 2 screws at the top that pinch down on a bar of plastic. with the 2 screws undone and shimmied off the bar the box didn't have enough slack to pull out, but the whole box was like free flowing in the dash.

it is under the steering wheel

With that you would have to unbolt the dash and slide it backwards to get better access.
If the connection is loose for a fuse try bending the fuse’s legs a little

Like do the peace sign with your fingers
If this was the fuse. |_| front view the side view is | but bend it so it’s like. \_ know what I’m trying to say?
I’ll upload a pic

take that and turn into

If it doesn’t fit maybe lessen the angle you bent it at

When I used a probe to test one of my fuses the hole got walleyed out a little and that’s what I did to get it to connect and stay in there
