If a char expires (ex: in 10 days), but no one takes the name, do you still have the char and are all the items left?

If you reperm them in time yes

If a character expires, there is the chance that the items will eventually disappear from the inventory of that expired character. It is a risk to keep items on expired mules. Best to just make fresh new mules and transfer them there until those either expire and you have to do it again or perm the mules.
