Also, there is an agreement in the "anni mafia" (unofficial name) that the prices wont drop for unid. There is mutual respect between them to not fuck each other over to keep the prices high

One of the big things that kept the price high in previous seasons was that there was a reliable way to crash the server after a walk to keep other people from getting annis

There hasn't been one this season so anytime someone does a walk it spills over to people who didn't buy in

I am uncertain about why the prices are so low.

Didn't blizzard:

• patch the most current exploits that bots use?
  
• update their servers to catch repetitive packet sending?
  
• create a means to send them the names/accounts of botters which Blizzard will delete along with muting their keys?
  

The prices ought not to be falling so quickly. It is weird.

i have already reported it and added as much evidence from my side as possible (and so others who care did, probably), the rest is up to blizzard
and i dont think the (recent) immediate anni-price drop has anything to do with it, anyway... won't take reference to any further post of yours
