Well both stated r gm mate

80 + dwarf better for taking less damage ( hard to say best though as depends what u r giving up in build - jah etc)

Most fb does 20k so with 80 + dwarf u take 476 damage

With inferno u take 510 damage

i though hots was allowed.
However im always use sop + wws which is clearly the best for pala

If u use this as a thing but pure hammer not charging its bm. Funny I see most people on nl that need hots as baba vs soso. This is also bm aswell in the ruleset I use

90 res has always been gm? Only recently svs rules changed and capped fres on 85 afaik

No mate. Only nec/dudu/bowa(I disagree with this)/pure hammer not using charge can use in gym duels.
