That's pretty cool.

The reason we're falling behind in technology isn't because of taxes. It's because we seriously slowed down public investment. All the great things that made us an innovator came from big investments in the 50's 60's and ending in the 70's. If we want to stay a science powerhouse we need to take our science budget, including things like NASA, and multiply it by 10. Hell, the military can't recruit qualified computer scientists because industry is so comparatively lucrative. Who's gonna do a Ph.D in computer science to make 120k when they can make that with a bachelors after 5 years and not sacrifice their income during? Meanwhile China is seriously pumping money into every new industry from solar panels to supercomputing.

much rather our tax dollars go to this. this and the push towards ramping up 5g and setting the stage for 6g and replenishing our strategic oil reserve supply when prices tanked earlier in the year that area much better expenditures than the usual crap we waste money on.
Trump might be the only President who does this until the younger generation takes over, because old guard swamp demons like Biden's handlers will immediately pour resources back into the same bullshit that got us behind the curve on cutting edge developments.
