Servers from my experience have always had a great attitude.
The ones that don’t have good attitudes mostly just having a bad day.
Doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a tip.

If you don’t like tipping then why don’t you go grocery shopping and make your own food?
Then you can’t complain about feeling like you need to tip.

Do you tip at McDonald’s or Burger King? No.
Go eat there and feel happy

if i was the employee id confront the boss once, and if hes an asshole about it ill be the little beta male and say ok no problem i dont wanna be a hassle and then steal from the job every single day. im talking stuff from inventory that isnt counted for
