To answer the question : yes i think so, if he is a member, it's up to the owner, if he is the owner, Well let the guild die if he doesn't care

I think locked / scammer tagged users should not be set aside completely, it's already a punishment being tagged and recognized as a scammer/locked user publicly. If they dont want to repay/change attitude they will remain tagged, but they have the possibility to become again not rated and part of the community without a sign on their back

Giving what get people locked some times, hell to the no.
I mean lockd/scammer can have DF access why would we restrict guilds to them first.

ive been locked before for 10 minutes due to a paypal error, woulda been kinda sad if that would kick me out of the guild

Locked gold can happen for more then just wrong doing,had a friend locked for 2 years because a scammer randomly sent her fg so she was under investigation

Harsher punishments just will make multis happen more and guilds are pretty much a cosmetic Thing,alot of big guilds will boot members for warns/locked status anyways

Some jsp members ended up with Scammer Tags and Locked Fg without scamming anyone, so having them kicked out from guilds in which they're in with their friends, would be stupid.

A locked user should be restricted from everything. The only thing a locked user should be able to do is post in the WAIL section. Even then it still doesn't matter, the real issue they need to fix is the ability to create multiple accounts.

90% of locked users create more accounts and don't care to fix things. Getting a grip on the amount of multis that accumulate would be when this issue could even matter.
