Which is more fun/more effective PvM? Assuming standard Grief for pally and Passion for sorc

Both are very fun, and efficient.

Grief sorceress is better than passion in my experience.

I have been playing the dream sorc builds most of my life and I just did the dream paladin yesterday. They both are equally fun but in the end the dream sorc out speeds and out dps the dream paladin. The paladin can sit in wave 5 throne while the cat crunches the keyboard but the sorc cant.

With sorc should I use es or full vita?

She is broken right now but just to give a general idea of how I have had her recently laid out. She took about 7 hits before her blue completely broke then just died. These pics she is designed to have a 9es staff so she has enough ES that she will not take enough damage to her red to cause fhr or resistance issues.

I went es this time more or less because I didn't have the proper gear to make her vita and her DPS casting skills wasn't required to be high. Shes a toy.

Awesome thanks for info, got a couple more questions (sorry all) if I went for zeal sorc would you suggest vita or es? And max block or no block?

And should I bother with trying to increase physical damage, Highlords, LoH, Gores, might/infinity merc or will the damage be negligible?

Was also thinking Treachery for armor. Let me know if that is a good idea or madness

Madness. Look at ias bps and use PB base
You will not get decent phys dmg no matter what. Just a little will help with some leech bit dont sacrifie anything for it
Might/Infi is best

ES sucks
Max block isnt needed but why not if you get fcr elsewhere. Phoenix isnt actually bad because of some extra phys and -fire res. Just watch out for your fcr.

Getting some physical damage is fine if you're using werebear so that you can have decent life leech

Thanks guys, if that’s the case I’ll skip chasing DS/CB. What FCR bp should I be aiming to hit? And what armor/jewelry should I get with zeal?
