ca= best avg and 3 range

G pole axe = best avg for 4 range

G thresher = fastest and 4 range


cv if u just want 2nd highest avg damage, 2 range and as an added bonus highest requirements


EDIT: I should add that act 2 merc has a range of 3 always(regardless of wep range)
I use Ca and G poleaxe, don't even have cvs on my list

main difference is u gotta wear Andy's or gskull to use c.v. though it does more dmg than thresher. Thresher is much faster for survivability through leech and u can run eth cham'd vamp gaze. And really never have ur merc die.
