Hey guys, long story short my buddy hasnt been on jsp in about a year and half and i checked and his account is still around and has FG. He is certain hes entering his password correctly, but it is saying he has to include a gold password, which I dont think he had back then (i dont thnk it was mandatory then) He can't remember his email that was registered.. any advice?

Not a problem, tell him/her to try to provide as much information as possible during the recovery request, many times these requests are rejected due to a lack of information.
