Tabula is still an exalt in hardcore.
The economy is bad though.

Also basically anything that's useful and rare/legacy, or mirrored gear is worth a lot.
Item quantity gear, lab enchants..

It has a million more factors, you won’t be able to simplify it to that level and draw something out of it
For example with divination cards in patch whatever you got direct acess to uniques which only had their global drop factor beforehand
Then there is the boost of unique droprates/monster density, and so on so you’ll need to do a lot more in depth analysis if you want anything that reflects the truth

yea i know, that's why i said "suggesting a possibility". Im not sure I can do an analysis that PoE deserves without playing the game. Most of the analysis ive seen on D2's economy has been unfair and you can tell the people making the analysis have a superficial understanding of d2.

Quant gear lost the value pretty hard ... only mirrored gear keep the value
Nice legacy items kaom / shav / vinktar / acuity queen of the forest / windripper / chin soll / GOOD legacy abyss jewel or alt art items

All those items will only raise in price



HH bad aswell same like inspired learning since price is mostly stable with a recent raise because of droprate

I made 94k fg flipping items on POE. I assume you want to know this info cause u wanna make profit right? I'll give you my excell sheet with info of all flips but not for free

chaos is the baseline currency of the game, however chaos can be farmed by anyone (including bots) by very common vending recipes so chaos are worth less and less as they flood the market more and more.
added to the increase in player #s, the increase in bots and the massive increase to flexibility for crafting via crafting recipes (you used to have to just roll with chaos orbs for any decent rare items - now you can just craft them directly) the value of a chaos orb has drastically decreased. Most other currency items have remained roughly the same value.

headhunter was fairly stable until this league when it got a massive boost [doubled] in value because of how broken the new league mechanic is with it, same as inspired learning (about a 2000% increase in value) which used to be nearly worthless.
