use logic:

the boots have 2 res mods here, which are used by svs sorcs. Fireres ( only sorc will use this) and Lightres

A vita sorc, wont rly use this, because there are better options for a vita, like prelods, because they have more res, let us exclude vita here,
so there is only Es left.

For es, there are a better combinations.

Example:
30frw 5liferep 60 mana 5 max 40 fireres 40 lightres


that is why these boots posted by the op are bad, although the mods are good.
