Why does this have to have any relation with sexual orientation?
If you are HIV-positive, know about it and expose your sex partners repeatedly without their knowledge, you should be tried for "physical injury resulting from negligence".
If you expose them repeatedly, and an intention to spread your HIV can be proven in court, then you should be tried for attempted murder.
All of this works irrespective from if you're hetero, gay, lesbian or anything else.
It is because of who has it, stupid. And you don't sign a disclaimer about any other sexually transmitted disease.

Lol nice spin.
Getting tested means you know if you have/don’t have a deadly virus that needs treatment.
Too much to ask for people to be decent and not expose others to life long viruses.
You have to think about what will actually happen. This is happening. Denial is a strong coping skill.
On the street people seem to think prep will stop transmission. This post was edited by Skinned on Aug 13 2019 06:37pm
