Why are courts so lenient with degenerates looking to afflict people with life long crippling illnesses? I think people who do this kind of stuff deliberately ought to be thrown in jail for a considerable amount of time

Ontario's Court of Appeal has quashed three convictions and ordered the retrial of an Ottawa man who was convicted of attempted murder in 2012 after failing to disclose his HIV-positive status to three sex partners.

Steven Boone was originally found guilty of three counts of attempted murder and three counts of aggravated sexual assault.

Boone was also found guilty of two counts of administering a noxious thing — HIV — and one count of attempting to do so, but the trial judge stayed those charges.

Well, since pot is illegal in CAN, you could deaden your brain function enough, to not notice the BS you're surrounded with. It's not the ultimate solution, but it may help.


/e I just realized that not only is HIV an STD, it also seems to be a mental illness. I'm still working on why Ontario's Court of Appeal, and quite a few Dems in California... are totally insane.

Laws like this will discourage promiscuous gay men from being tested at all. Getting tested is just exposing yourself to legal risk as long as the gay disease is being treated different than any other disease.

It would be the government just acting too late and ineffectively as usual.
