Short description of issue:
MargeThompson did a runecrafting service for me. When doing this service, i recieved a ban on my account for botting. Our terms of service strictly stated NO botting. My account has now used its "1" warning and if botting or anything else it is a permanent ban no matter what.
Compensation:
Since the value of the account is priceless, and it is tied to a max account on rs3, replacement value of this couldnt/wouldnt ever be paid back. I would however like to be refunded on the price of the service recieved since he broke the terms of the agreement. At any point, they could review the ban i received, and decide to upgrade it to permanent in which case im out of an account with thousands of hours of work. the current value of this was 3334fg or 75m at the time of this post.

as you can see, i gained a slight amount of theiveing xp and a small amount of agility xp after logging back in. However, in game time, i logged back in in august 16th anyway (they use UTC time, which would mean i had to login before 5pm MST for it to count.
He cannot claim someone else was on the account. In discord messages, he would ask me every time i logged in, and asked me to refrain from logging in to "not mess him up." Never during the service, and especially on the 15th, did he state that i was on the account, or that anyone else was on the account.
