Honestly when i don’t go with a friend to specifically workout an area I usually do 2-3 sets of each muscle group (bi’s, tri’s, chest, back, shoulders)
Works real well for me and leaves your entire upper body feeling good
kind of doing this atm but i'm looking for something like tri's chest xx maybe legs bi's xx
and basicly do this 2x each week
but i'm wondering what exercises is the best for the specific muscle groups like bench press etc
