Hi i'm starting to train again and this time i want to be more serious and fallow a plan

i'm going 4 times a week to the gym and was wondering if anyone has a good workout to hit all or almost all muscle groups to get some gains

Honestly when i don’t go with a friend to specifically workout an area I usually do 2-3 sets of each muscle group (bi’s, tri’s, chest, back, shoulders)

Works real well for me and leaves your entire upper body feeling good

kind of doing this atm but i'm looking for something like tri's chest xx maybe legs bi's xx


and basicly do this 2x each week


but i'm wondering what exercises is the best for the specific muscle groups like bench press etc

If you're new to the shit, just pull a FBW plan or U/L. 2-4 times/week in the beginning until you prove your dedication to yourself.

Hit up youtube, youll get tons of results. Jeff Nippard has good workouts.
