are there any stats on one that would be better than a grief? Or is this just a style points weapon?

weapons aren't better than grief

I think eth PB's are used for PvP..

But it has to be really bad ass, and I'm not sure if it's any better than grief in PvP either..

if really badass it can be used as a 70ias on shapers when wearing shield. however it is a low ranged low dmg wep. can also be used on dual dream soso or mauler

Wouldn't a 6x Shael PB be as effective, if not more effective, on a dual dreamer of any class?

i prefer fool's on such a soso. they got crap ar without.

Phase blades cannot drop ethereal

only way they can be ethereal is if up upgrade a Dimensional blade or 2x up a crystal sord, which makes them extremely rare

Just use charsi imbue quest on any ethereal crystal sword or dimensional blade
