I can ask around and build the gear/chars but I'm not sure how many of them will duel. Twinsen is their best dueler and he doesn't care about proving how good he is. Theres also the issue of cheating. I can ensure that the chars for both teams are the same, but after I give the files to you, I can't stop them from being altered. So obviously this whole tournament has to be on a good faith basis, trusting that people are being honest
None of us would alter anything.
And I know Twinsen isn’t about the 1v1 with Jack

We have a really solid team and don’t feel anyone could beat us.
So if euro wants the challenge to take on east best 4v4
Let's do it like this:
Step 1: give me specs for a few different char builds
Step 2: I build those chars and give them generic names like bowa-east, bowa-euro. Same chars, but I dont remember if you can have 2 of the same named chars in the same game. It woyld also be less confusing in the chat. I will also put a bunch of reset tokens on the chars as well.
Step 3: someone tests the chars in single player for accuracy to see if I built them correctly
Step 4: we test connection on open. May need to forward ports etc
Step 5: we make a thread post to see who is I interested in joining
Step 6: I distribute the chars to interested parties
Step 7: you play some rounds with a east game host, then switch to a euro game host

But yeah for sure the main concern would be to check to make sure there aren’t any ping issues!
So i havent had a chance to test connection on open (no on seems to be around to test with me at the moment), but i made this trapper according to euro specs to encourage faster tvts..
-- 20 life rep (20 is cap on non sorcs)
-- 139 faster run/walk (100 cap excluding skill frw)
-- 75% block on swap with whitsans
-- 65% fcr for mind blast
-- 135 res all (euro res cap to make foh/blizz more viable)
The gear needs to be verified by another llder to see if it is actually possible to spawn ( i am doing a lot of the item creation from memory, so perhaps i may have added too many prefixes/suffixes, etc)
If my test connection works out with another player, i will make a fb sorc and a blizz sorc next, since it should be fairly straight forward editing the gear i already built for the assassin
