gpu most important for improvement in games, cpu change will almost always require a mobo and ram.
so either higher game fps or better streaming.

Well my cpu has been overheating and ik i need a gpu and i want to balance that combo, Any help is appreciated !

Will even buy one part for 300-400 and another for 400-500 if i have to.

I want to upgrade this pc

to Stream Fortnite/Pubg basically any game i want without issues

y you think the big streamers
either use 2 pcs
or get a big dick sponsored pc

new cpu/mobo/ram is gona be min 450
gpu is around 400 for maxing everything 1080p 60fps
but who really plays on 60hz monitors in 2019

I play on xbox so this is a streaming rig forgot to mention.

Any monitor is basically better than my old tv haha

The price is fine mainly just want a cpu for now.
Would need a cpu cooler with it as well to keep up with it.

The cooler goes in the front of the case. The case comes with top and rear fan included.
Then just pick the 8700 or the 9700 CPU and you're set.
