Did about 3 months straight on MyFitnessPal crushing 3,450kcals/day maybe missing ~4-5 days because of alcohol. Went from 72-80kg in that time and 185 -305 squat 135 to 185 bench and 275 to 405 deadlift (all for 3x5) but about a week ago had trouble eating my normal meals, I can barely eat 500 calls in a sitting now, I just keep gagging at the thought of food, and don’t find myself getting hungry. Yesterday I made my normal 1,200 cal breakfast, ate 2/3rds of it then had half of a 600 cal rice dish at night, wasn’t hungry at all the whole day with only ~1,100 daily cals wtf is wrong with me, I can’t even force myself to eat
