the funny thing is that if i duplicate my displays, they are both ok and shows the same cursor at the same spot
the moment i extend the display, i get this

you got team viewer should take less then 2 mins to fix it

nvm i think i solved it

Right click>Display settings>Identify

Make sure both monitors are arranged correctly and don't have any odd text scaling settings.
