Don't be fooled by reputable brands that masquerade as reputable brands.
Ask NatureNames@jsp he knows the real reputable brands.

Do you care about aesthetics? Such as parts color and RGB lighting?
Will a large ugly air cooler be a problem?
Will a case with no window be a problem?
If you do have preferences it would be good to know them from the start.

If you're not picky about how things look it can simplify the part choosing process and potentially save money.
