there is a lot of talk in fitness industry about exogenous compounds, when in fact all you need is meat n veg and your bodyt will produce enough glutathione to keep u operating at peak performance, guarantee, I can do moderate activity indefinitely if im in the mood, can row at moderate-hard for an hour, run a mile up a steep hill at 7-8 mph, etc this isn't the body, this is the mind
