Fruits / Veggies. Less calories in than you exert everyday

Start walking/jogging. Don't have to kill yourself here, it doesn't have to hurt, try to enjoy it!
I would recommend getting in a cardio routine where you push your heart rate to 120-140 for 30 minutes per day, gradually increase this to an hour.

its difficult to comment relating to the gym without knowing what you look like.
if its just errrm, weight:

use of the the (many) calorie counting sites and track your food intake.
no cheat days and if you want to drink anything, make it water only.
walk 2 hours a day. looking at your weight, notwithstanding your young age, i dont recommend jogging

if your an accomplished lifter (i.e. at some point in the past you lived in the gym, then you should reference same in order for us to have an understanding of how best to help you, but regardless, start by eating healthy (see archer's post above) and reduce your portion sizes. (use a calorie counter).

food rather then exercise, is the best way for you to lose weight at this point.

You want an easy way : drink water only, cardio 5 times a week, cut the sugar you take, cut the fast food, count your calories and lift.some.weights. eat your veggies, chicken as much as you can instead of red meat. Thats what i do and i went from 240 5'7 to 205 5'7 in 8 weeks
