its difficult to comment relating to the gym without knowing what you look like.
if its just errrm, weight:
use of the the (many) calorie counting sites and track your food intake.
no cheat days and if you want to drink anything, make it water only.
walk 2 hours a day. looking at your weight, notwithstanding your young age, i dont recommend jogging
if your an accomplished lifter (i.e. at some point in the past you lived in the gym, then you should reference same in order for us to have an understanding of how best to help you, but regardless, start by eating healthy (see archer's post above) and reduce your portion sizes. (use a calorie counter).
food rather then exercise, is the best way for you to lose weight at this point.
