Sadly money is tight right now so gym membership isn’t an option

Hiking walking etc

Also foods would you suggest eating?

Im currently 5’11 270 id like yo eventually be be back down 220

Theres a ton of training program you can do at home with nutrition plan etc

Youll need to buy a few weights and a training mat tho
5 10 15 20 you should be good your not going to do body building anyways

Caloric deficit is how you lose weight

Intermittent fasting is good because it limits how long you get to eat in a day therefore typically eat less food in a day

Eating mostly protein based meals is important when being in a deficit to maintain muscle mass and as well as being more satiating than other macronutrients.

Liquid calories are one of the biggest reasons for eating too much, avoid sugary drinks. Drinks that are okay are water, high protein drinks, and of course calorie free drinks that use stuff like aspartame

Think of the feeling of being hungry as really being the feeling of fat in your body being burnt for energy

Ephedrine and caffeine can help

Exercise helps achieve a deficit too

Easiest way to maintain a deficit is counting your calories of course but is far too complicated for some people

At home calisthenics

Weight training > cardio for weight loss long term to be happier


Right diet is most important, though

Eating cheap can easily consist of brown rice, chicken, boiled carrots and steamed broccoli.

Best to buy a lot of chicken close to expiry and freeze it. I’ll usually pick up 20lbs at a time because it’s so damn cheap
