Can I build a gaming PC that will be viable while streaming in Fortnite ?

Fortnite runs on phones. It will run on literally anything. I would recommend just waiting a few months and getting your budget closer to the $1000 range if you also need a monitor. $700 is pushing it, especially if you're needing an OS and peripherals.

I have peripherals -- just need a monitor. I refuse to build my 10 year old kids a 1k gaming desktop. I love them to death but until they go balls deep into a game.... I will wait. I myself went hard into EQ and WoW and built for that purpose. Once they find their "wow" -- I will build a new one and give this one to my youngest
