I need to webscape of a particular website;

The website is dynamic with tables and charts, good news is that all of them are on the same page

I think it can be done with selenium, but i'm open to other options (bs4, requests).

i also need a debugger, seleneium is not downloading the PDF file properly, always ends up in an error (if i manual click it, it works, but if its automated, it just says download failed)
not sure whats the appropriate amount to pay for this since the code used to work and there's no changes to the website
