Like dropbox, google drive, box? Whats the best free 1 where I won't need to link personal info to?
I think google drive is where android phone auto backs up to? so potential to mix the files of personal stuff? which i want to avoid...

create a new google account without personal info.
you can also store stuff on github, if either you want it public or shared amongst a specific group of people.

/e If it's just a one shot upload and one person download, then Firefox Send. <--- the links for the DL only stay active 24 hours, and only one person can download, then you would need to re-upload again. But it has huge size limit.
