Medium rare, Chicago style T-bone steak. More tender and juicy than me arse. Served of course with a skewer of grilled jumbo shrimp, and a twice baked potato. For those that don't know a twice baked potato is baked, insides removed whipped with sour cream, cheddar cheese and bacon, put the whipped filling back in the potato top with more cheese and bake until it has a delicious cheesy crust on the top. Food heaven my friends.
