I played season 16 and then just came back to the game. My season 16 character was pretty good. Had about 7-9 primal ancients. I now played him and non season and he doesnt do shit for dmg. I know he lost the buff from season 16. My question is: Is there a real reason to play non season if you just want to farm and collect gear? I know this may sound dumb and not looking to get trolled. Looking for some hood rats that play non season and what they get from it. Thanks in advance.

If you use older items. I have a belt that gives me 50% damage to fan of knives for the 1 hit build on DH. Can't get it anymore, so it's fun to use on non seasons sometimes. Same for other items, or weapons with more attack speed than you can get nowadays, etc.
That's the only reason I can think of, at least. 😁
