Currently level 68 on hc sp, just farming NM meph/pindle trying to get the items for hell progression

My question is: What type of Berserk weapons should I be be shooting for in NM?

Right now, I have a Pierre Tombale Couant and a Hone Sundan that I am working with. I went through a Boneslayer Blade, Minotaur axe and up'd Bonesnap but none of them worked better than what I have.

Are there any 2handers that are better Berserk weapons that I should be hoping to see? Or should I be considering a 1h weapon (Butcher's Pupil and/or Headstriker) and plan on upping it after I farm Hell Countess a bit?

Situationally speaking, I am really looking for a weapon that will let me farm Hell Countess, since that's the first place I'll be planning to spend time when I get to hell.

Right now, the most limiting factor of Berserk seems to be the attack speed I can manage. 20ias from gloves still leaves me at a bad breakpoint if I am stuck with a weapon that has a slow base speed.

Iirc you can farm Lem in nm LK and make treachery.

just to be clear: Ribcracker would have no weapon mastery for it, right?

Iirc mace mastery counts for all blunt weapons. Someone may confirm this.

Council has the best drop chance for Lem in NM among the Superuniques too. It's like 1:26,000, but there are 6 council members at a time, and the drop chance is twice as likely as Pindle.
