>last set, trying to focus
>boomer wearing sunglasses enters freeweight area
>walks over to me mid fucking set
>says "that's pretty good but I used to lift more back in my day"
>walks away before I can respond
>look over at him later as I'm finishing my session
>he's using half the dumbbells, a bench, and the cable cross machine to do some weird circuit training routine

Another even weirder one:

>leg day
>finish off session with high volume barbell lunges
>legs on fire, insane pump
>in locker room
>mirin my pump in the mirror
>fat boomer wearing shorts two sizes too small walks over to me
>without saying a word tries to grope my quads
>politely inquire what the fuck his problem is
>scowls and walks off mumbling something about "damn kids have no respect these days"

What can we do about the boomer menace? They have zero gym etiquette or regards for personal space.

Old dudes in the gym wearing business casual while hitting heavy sets on leg press machine.
Old bitches ready to mow your ass down because they're 3 minutes late for their stupid fucking spin/gymnastics/yoga/enter generic exercise here class

I got this dude who always days tai-chi and calfs. Saw him fighting with a gay guy one time. There's also this ad that's hanging in the gym for the chappy app (gay bumble). I hear him talking to this other dude and he goes "Why they got that chappy shit in here. why can't it be susan and say hollar at Susan. Get that guy outta here."

But all in all, he's actually a nice dude if you say hi to him. His routine is a bit odd, but if I looked like him at his age, I wouldn't be upset.
