One of my relatives have asked me sort them out with a desktop.
I am looking for some help as i am out of touch with current tech and i do not have time to research.

PC will be used mainly for Microsoft office applications
Dual monitors to be included in budget
Id like it to have an SSD if budget allows if not a HDD is fine.
