Get used to solo'ing, and in my opinion, if you can live with that, learn to melee/heal on your builds, there are two reasons why I do it.

1. Less shrining ensuring better survival rate.
2. Gaining ranks with healing skills to be more effective with every climb.

Just buy the best EE heal type charm for that tier, the best for consistency is Focus, then Regular and Wilds last, but, since my years playing, I have just come to think of wilds as being a decent backup. BUT... it is left up to you and your way of playing the game.
