Obviously you SEEN, your friend friends told you, its not about main stats, this belt for perfectionists, simply there is no better roll than this, includint stamina is perfect, for example people dont buy shako becouse of 1 def difence

Nope its not ... cause its not perfect :-D ... you understand the word "perfectionists" or? its just very nice 39-15 Verdungo ... each 40-15 is better than this, and even for your so called perfectionists (I´m kind of one of them!!) 40-15 looks far better than the rest xD

You speak about usage, you know, i speak about collection, for stats roll there is no better than this
