So I have a few choices since I'm going to get a ryzen 5 2600 CPU

B450 TOMAHAWK
ASRock B450 PRO4
MSI PERFORMANCE GAMING B450

My understanding is that they are pretty close. But I'm not sure which one would work best. Any suggestions would be great!

all b450 boards are pretty close so just pick the size and brand u like, they will perform about the same

do wait for new ryzens tho

They're out, just out of stock a lot of places. 3600 and a gigabyte aorus b450 pro wifi will serve you well. It's slightly more but has a lot of nice features.
