It's a laptop I do alot of business and I'm always on the move I play very minor games diablo2 mainly. But I choose the laptop because I love being mobile.

The specs are

I5-8300h (8th gen ) 2.3 but can reach 4.0 in turbo

Nvidia gtx1050ti 4gb card

8gb ddr4 ram

M.2 SSD 256 gb

860evo ssd 500 gb

Ips screen.

I believe that's the gist of it.

It currently has 8gb as stated above ( one 8gb stick) it has to slots and can handle 32 gbs

Is it worth the 135$ to get some Corsair 16 gb 2x

No. You're fine.

8gb ddr4 is great for ur build

not needed unless ur using all 8gb of ram which i doubt you are unless ur playing 3-4 games simultaneously

More RAM gives 0% performance increase, think of it as hard drive storage, doesnt matter if ur using 10% of it or 90%.

i looked at ram and was using 80% of it (so just over 6 gigs) i found 32 gigs of g skill ripsaw on sale for under 100$ and snagged it

your okay 8 is plenty
