It seems like a really boring build. How much gold are you making per run?

Depends on which variety:

Leap/Warcry = 800,000ish
Whirlwind = 350,000ish (Trav only) - 600,000 if you add in Meph Council.

i use leap/warcry w/ merc doing killing, with a bit of mf sacrificing some gf

solidly around 500-750k a run, depending on which items to sell.

pretty fun, i prob ran <50 trav runs, found jah, ist, 5/5 light die facet, and other decent uniques

Considering it's just for repairs and gambling. I don't really know anyone who "mains" a gf barb.

I've always found it very boring to play, even drunk

I've used to almost mainly use a GF Barb the last 3 HC seasons.

It's a lot of fun! When you build it correctly, you will get an average of 700 000 gold each run only in Hell Travincal.

Some runs you might not get that much, on the most you will get upwards to 1 500 000 in a run!

But most runs you will get about 400 000 - 600 000.

There is always a chance to find high runes from them. I think i have found Cham, Lo and also a Zod rune from them.

Also found Kira's guardian, Wizardspike and many other fun uniques. If you use Wealth armor, either on yourself and/or your merc, and/or have your merc do the killing, you will quickly have far over 100-200% Magic find.

I suggest doing it!

If you manage to play in multiplayer games, you will see a noticeable increase in both gold and other drops.

You can use the gold for gambling, then use Edge and a good Gheeds, you can afford much more gambling than usual and it's a lot of fun! There is a 1/2000 chance of gambling uniques, so that is also possible. The most normal things to gamble are rings, amulets and circlet type helmets.

You can also sell gold for FG. A surprising amount of users want gold for any reason. I made hundreds of fg one season.
