For a trapper sin
Does griffons stat of minus 15-25% lightning resistance and the plus 10-15% lightning damage work on lightning sentries ?

Or does it only work on shock web since lightning sentries are casted out onto the field and not actually from sin herself such as shock web?

No it does not work on traps (ignore the char screen)

neither +% nor -% lightning works on lightning sentry
however griffs is still a BiS helm for many trapper builds since you can only reach the FCR breakpoint on a C/C build with griffs or 08 valk.

the +%/-% do work on shock web, however, just like +%/-% fire work on fire blast but not wake of fire
Skills that use minion units or dummy units to deal their damage need to have a flag set on that they should use the caster's mastery/pierce parameters. Traps don't have that, but some skills like Hydra do

Only shockweb. Light sentries are considered minions.
