The Dr and mdr will help you more than any other build in pvm.
Dungos is a PvP belt, the 40 life is nothing compared to the amount of life saved by mdr in pvm.

Bugbelt unless you want the wrong answer.

The Dr is greater than dungos or soe and it has a boatload of other stats that are actually helpful to a smiter. Nothing else comes remotely close.
