This is the only thing in your entire post you were actually correct about, I did overlook the automod.

The fact you scrutinized the names is hilarious.

The prebuff orb clearly has nothing on it that would make the lvl req higher or lower then the main orb, should be the same the editor must have made a mistake and I never realised it. Either way you should be able to do some simple math.

When items list a Level Requirement, the number listed is 75% of the highest prefix or suffix level (as shown on this page) on the item. For example, a weapon with a Meteoric(27) as the highest prefix (or suffix) would have a level requirement of 20.

Yeah well, playing the game (as opposed to theorycrafting with an editor or misinterpreting the numbers in parentheses on the Arreat Summit website) would tell you that Jewel of Honor has Required Level: 35; ''of Honor'' suffix (level=47, levelreq=35).
The same applies to a Jewel with said suffix (''of Honor'') as its highest levelreq affix.

Prebuff orb
+2 to Lightning Skills (Sorceress Only) from ''Charged'' prefix (level=40, levelreq=30)
+6 to Strength on inserted Jewel from ''of Virility'' suffix (level=33, levelreq=25)
Replenish Life +5 from ''of Regeneration'' suffix (level=70, levelreq=52)
+90 to Mana from ''Great Wyrm's'' prefix (level=37, levelreq=29)

30, 25, 52 and 29 are all (strictly) greater than 24.

The '75% rule' mentioned on the Arreat Summit website is 100% accurate for pre-LoD affixes (IIRC) but is only a rule of thumb for affixes introduced with Lord of Destruction (as you can check by looking at affix tables).
+15% Increased Attack Speed ''of Fervor'' suffix (level=39, levelreq=31) available on Jewel is a well-known counterexample: [39·75/100] = 29 ≠ 31.
Another case is the ''Great Wyrm's'' prefix (mentioned above): [37·75/100] = 27 ≠ 29.

ok look, we are just trying to help you, do this:

x40 15life 12 mana small charms
Spirit sword
put 10fcr on the amulet
the jewels in your circlet should be : x2 6 str 9 dex 15 mana 30 cold res (similar jewel in shield and armor)
the boots, for ES should be + mana
the belt should be 10fcr 24 fhr
frosts should be eth
visc shield. if you want to use a rare shield go grim and be sure its eth with enhanced defence 17fhr 5repl and 2 sox.

105fcr 86 fhr is what you are aiming for. also stop with TK. you get energy shield from switch. 1 pnt tele, 1 pnt warmth, max fire ball, 1 point mastery rest in fire bolt. post results.
