max block and tons of dr if you want to run chaos id do it or put a pheonix on for sanctuary aura since but im guessing your running tals for budget

absolutely best merc for light sorc: eth tresh infy/eth coh/eth delirium

hoto
mage (bloodfist can be good too)
spirit 35
arach
fcr ammu to hit 117
shako ber/gg circ/griffons
soj's
aldur/rare res boots
enigma or coh

86fhr helps for sure

just don't tele into packs ^^ with 117fhr/86fhr they should not be able to hit you
