Blizz sorc found those in Ancient Tunnel.

Blizz sorc does Mausoleum, Andy, Ancient Tunnel, Trav, Meph, Chaos/D, and Baal.

Light sorc does Pits, Countress, Lower Kurast, Kurast Temple, Chaos/D, Pindle, Eldritch, Shenk, Farren, and Baal.

Usually general gameplay is the best, i.e. not worrying about it.

Council members have better drop rates on them, but it's still a huge long shot.

But my GF Barb has found Lo, Cham and i think Zod over the last 3 seasons, if not a few more too. Probably around 2000 runs total in Hell p1.
