I’m goin wand/shield evasion what should I look for on a weapon ?

Who is this Ed Contagion guy i keep hearing about?

Before I got Cerberus Limb I had a wand I crafted with spell damage, cast speed , and added chaos as the main stats.

Worked really well till I could afford the Cerberus Limb
For shield I'm using zeels amplifier

You want to craft a wand with base
nonailment chaos
Multimod
Cast speed
Chaos dmg
Dmg over time
Chaos dmg duration

And last suffix whatever you want

Can also get cast speed/arcane surge instead if you want
